Katrina Anthology

This is mostly a list of news sources and blogs with information regarding the mishandling of Katrina relief efforts. There's not much to say, the facts mostly speak for themselves.

• Why the Red Cross, and other relief agencies like the Salvation Army, are not in New Orleans. Commentary from Captains Quarters. Note it is the State not the Federal office of Homeland Security that's restricting access. Could this name similarity be the source of much confusion?
