Obama Citizenship Case Disappears from SCOTUS Docket
Updated -- apparently, all docket items regarding Obama eligibility have disappeared but one Berg item.Even that case may have been dismissed. The Lightfoot case appears to be in limbo. It was scheduled for conference on January 23rd, but that appears not to have happened. Something is going on.

President Obama listened to Republican gripes about his stimulus package during a meeting with congressional leaders Friday morning - but he also left no doubt about who's in charge of these negotiations. "I won," Obama noted matter-of-factly, according to sources familiar with the conversation.Thus is hopenchange. What frosts me is the hypocrisy of the liberal left, including the MSM, who absolutely castigated President Bush for his executive orders and scrutinized everything he did for even a hint of what they considered arrogant or "cowboy", yet consider it perfectly acceptable, even expected, for President Obama to do the same things, or worse.
